The Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® offers state-of-the-art facilities and equipment to handle your most demanding needs. Our main classroom can accommodate large meetings of up to 50 attendees while the more intimate conference room will host 15 people in executive comfort. We offer a full suite of technological services including overhead or tabletop LCD Projectors, Plasma Display, Laptop PC rental, wired and wireless Internet connectivity, DVD/VCR rental, overhead projectors, as well as onsite faxing and copying.

This is a smoke free building. There are ashtrays outside for smokers.

Renter must provide attendees with directions to MAR (directions provided by MAR)

All meetings will conclude by 4:00 pm and start no earlier than 9:00 am

Messages for group will be posted outside meeting room. Attendees are responsible for checking for messages. Our staff will not be responsible for personally delivering messages.

MAR is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

The kitchen facilities are for staff only. However, the soda machine and water fountain are available to all.
