| WALTHAM, Mass. – August 24, 2010 – The Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® (MAR) reported today that the monthly number of single-family home sales in July decreased for the first time in 12 months. Despite the double-digit decrease, median sales prices went up for the ninth straight month compared to the year before. |

WALTHAM, Mass. – August 17, 2010 – The Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® (MAR) today announced that the July REALTOR® Market Index (RMI) is down for the second straight month. The July REALTOR® Price Index was also down for the second time in the past 12 months.

| Massachusetts Pending Home Sales Down for Third Straight Month in July |

| WALTHAM, Mass. – August 3, 2010 – The Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® (MAR) reported today that the number of single-family homes put under agreement in July was down 18.0 percent over the same time last year, while condominiums were down 28.0 percent. July is the third straight month that both the number of single-family homes and condominiums put under agreement has gone done compared to the same month last year.

| Massachusetts Home Sales up for the 12th Straight Month in June as Prices also Increased |

| WALTHAM, Mass. – July 27, 2010 – The Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® (MAR) reported today that single-family home sales were up in June, marking the 12th straight month of year-over-year increases. Both single-family and condominium median prices were also up in June and in Q2 compared to the same time last year. |
